What to Bring

Please be advised that there is no water in Sir William's Dog Run, though water fountains are within walking distance. We suggest bringing a supply of water and a contatiner. We also suggest bringing a supply of bags as we like to keep the run as clean as possible. Public restrooms are located just above the run behind the New Leaf Cafe.

A Day in the Park

After a nice run in Sir William's Dog Run, consider visiting the rest of beautiful Fort Tryon Park. The Cloisters Museum is just around the corner, the New Leaf Cafe is across the street from the run and offers a delicious lunch and dinner menu, and the Heather Garden with its view of the Hudson River can't be beat!
